10 Quick SEO Tips For Your WordPress Blog :
1. Comments. Some of my clients cringe when I encourage them to accept comments on their blogs. I know it is a bit of work to keep the comment spammers at bay, but if you get a quality comment with quality content, it can only enhance your post to Google and the other search engines.
2. RSS feed. Make certain that you place a text link to your RSS feed on the home page of your web site and within the blog itself. We want Google to crawl that feed as well. If it’s a pretty orange graphic, Google doesn’t know what to do with it.

If you create quality content for your blog readers and make it easy for folks to link to your blog, you are much more apt to get some quality inbound links.
